Palmex Industries Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of IOI OLEOCHEMICAL
INDUSTRIES BERHAD, formerly known as Palmco Holdings Berhad had been
established in property development for the past decades. Various project had
been completed on the mainland and on the island since then.On the mainland, the completed schemes were residential development at Taman Bukit Indah in Bukit Mertajam, Prai Garden, Jalan Baru and a joint-venture development in Alor Malai in Alor Setar.
The major project on the island, DESARIA, is located within the fast growing area of Sungai Ara with total land bank of 350 acres.
