Palmex Industries Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of IOI OLEOCHEMICAL INDUSTRIES BERHAD, formerly known as Palmco Holdings Berhad has been established in property development for the past decades. We have completed various projects on the mainland and on the island since then.

On the mainland, the completed schemes were residential development at Taman Bukit Indah in Bukit Mertajam, Prai Garden, Jalan Baru and a joint-venture development in Alor Malai in Alor Setar.

The major project on the island, DESARIA, is located within the fast growing area of Sungai Ara with total land bank of 350 acres. This township comprising of various mixed development such as shop-offices, light industries, semi-detached, bungalows, terrace houses, townhouses, condominiums and apartments. Location is also in close proximity to the indoor stadium, Penang International Sport Arena (PISA), Penang International Airport, Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone, Equatorial Hotel, Pantai Mutiara Hospital, international college, golf courses, primary and secondary schools and other public amenities.
